Total Drek

Or, the thoughts of several frustrated intellectuals on Sociology, Gaming, Science, Politics, Science Fiction, Religion, and whatever the hell else strikes their fancy. There is absolutely no reason why you should read this blog. None. Seriously. Go hit your back button. It's up in the upper left-hand corner of your browser... it says "Back." Don't say we didn't warn you.

Sociologist Home Shopping Network

Today on SHSN we really have a deal for you. What's that you ask? What could possibly top our other offerings like the Sociological Imaginarium or the Participant Observatory? Only this- you've read the theorist, now own the table!

You'll find plenty of uses for this handsome side table. Perfect in the living room, in an entranceway, in the bedroom or anywhere else you need added storage combined with an attractive accent to your decor. The sturdy rubberwood construction has an antique finish in- what else?- white and features two drawers, each with slots for Bayesian forks, and an open shelf compartment. Perfect for storing that extra copy of Das Kapital with room left over for those overdue journal reviews. Measures 27" H x 22" W x 17" D. Easy assembly.

Order now! At $99.99* plus shipping and handling our new Harrison White side table can't last, so don't be the only one in your department to miss out!

* We accept visa, mastercard, American Express, or an equivalent amount of socially necessary labor. Kula exchange not accepted.

As a side note, this table is available from Bed Bath and Beyond, a fact I point out only in the hopes that they never take legal action. And that's about all the shilling I intend to do. The things we do for humor...

As an additional side note: I know Jeremy is pretty stoked about his Wikipedia entry but having a table named after you really ups the ante.

I would kill to have a table named after me.

I can't believe you've gone all the way past non-anonymous comments to comment moderation. You must have had an episode with a stalker that I missed.

Hey Jeremy,

I turned on moderation solely to cut down on irritating spam in the comments. The word verification nonsense just wasn't cutting it any longer.

Comments can still be anonymous, but I just want to prevent random ads from making it in.
