Serious question: Wouldn't "you can't sue" clauses in contracts be considered void? Or might that depend on which state you are in?
If I were her, I'd fight to see these men locked behind bars. Money is one thing, revenge is another. It's not necessarily the company's fault they hired dickwads, but those individuals need to be prosecuted severely. let them be gang raped, see if they don't change their mind about it.
