Wait... what?

Or, in plain language:
Conservapedia's new spoof of evolution appears to be immensely popular and has received over 800 views in about one day. Tell your friends and family about the work The transitional animal the flying kitty?
The what now? The flying what? Did he say "kitty"? As in... you know... a cat?
Why yes, yes he did:

Or, to partially quote the text:
Please notice the highly controversial "tail rudder system" which evolutionary "scientists" claim evolved over time, but which creation scientists assert were obviously the work of intelligent design. Flying kitties are believed by evolutionists to be closely related to the flying pig species and the flying dog species, but creation scientists counter that evolutionists have yet to offer any proof and evidence for this claim. For details on how evolutionary "scientists" arrive at their findings please see: You obviously don't understand how science works...
You really should visit the page itself so that you don't miss out on the classic angelfire-esque animated .gif of the cat flying through the air. What does this have to do with evolution? I haven't the slightest frigging idea. What does this have to do with a spoof or a parody? Also, I haven't the slightest idea. I mean, hell, a spoof is supposed to be funny, you know? Sometimes the weird, it gets so intense that my brain just seizes up.
This is one of those times.

I don't really want my cats flying around the house, but the .gif IS awesome!
You didn't mention the air force!
I checked the hamster web page and didn't see anything dancing at all. Weird.
I didn't mention the... ?
*Checks page*
Holy shit! It's actually gotten dumber?!
800 whole views in a single day!
ZOMG!@!@
Yea, that'll get the word out...
Two things about this amuse me above all else:
1) The subject-verb disagreement ("notice the highly controversial "tail rudder system" … which creation scientists assert were obviously the work of intelligent design") present when you quoted the page in this post, nearly two months ago, is still there today.
2) The "quote" on the You obviously don't understand how science works page linked from the transitional animal one is claimed to be "derived" from a quotation by Otto von Bismarck. That quote is misattributed. Research, like science and good satire, is apparently an abomination unto conservatism.
